Triguard

• TRIGUARD is a mold that is a widespread saprobe in temperate to tropical areas commonly found in soil and wood. Trichoderma is often found in polluted waters and is found on paper, in wood construction and mineral fiber panels.
• This soil fungus is involved in decomposition of plant material and readily degrades cellulose. TRIGUARD is reported as a type I & III allergen. Inhalation of the conidia or the microbial volatile organic compounds (mVOC) may cause symptoms similar to those of Stachybotrys reactions. It has been know to cause lung infections and peritonitis.
• The species TRIGUARD is often isolated from indoor air samples and house dust. Some species are considered to be parasitic on other fungi. Certain species of TRIGUARD can grow towards hyphae of other fungi, coil about them in a lectin-mediated reaction and degrade cell walls of the target fungi.
• This process (mycoparasitism) limits growth and activity of plant pathogenic fungi. This antagonistic behaviour has led to their use as agents of biological control of some fungi causing plant disease.
• TRIGUARD prevents all type of soil borne pathogens.
• TRIGUARD makes a Cover around the root zone.
• TRIGURAD renovates the soil from herbicide residue.

Entomorot

• When spores of this Entomorot come in contact with the cuticle (skin) of susceptible insects, they germinate and grow directly through the cuticle to the inner body of their host.
• This Entomorot proliferates throughout the insect's body, producing toxins and draining the insect of nutrients, eventually killing it. Therefore, unlike bacterial and viral pathogens of insects, Contents of Entomorot pathogens infect the insect with contact and do not need to be consumed by their host to cause infection.
• Once the fungus has killed it's host, it grows back out through the softer portions of the cuticle, covering the insect with a layer of white mold (hence the name white muscadine disease).
• This downy mold produces millions of new infective spores that are released to the environment.
• It is used for biological control of sucking insects like aphids, jessids, thrips, white flies, difficult insects like mealy bugs and different types of mites and nematodes.
• It is a biological insecticide causing dieses epizootics in many sucking insects.
• It forms special traps like mycelial networks and constructing rings in infected insects.
• Its use in the control of malaria-transmitting mosquitoes is under investigation. Red locusts killed by M. anisopliae var. acridum during a biological control campaig
